Worship in the Season of Pentecost
The darker days of November and the falling of leaves invite us into contemplation of the cycles of life and death. We see these rhythms in our own lives, too; and they bring notions of the cycle of our life, death, and new life in Christ Jesus. We engage in some very important worship rites as a congregation this month to recognize and participate in the coming fullness of the Kingdom of God.
