Happy Anniversary, Redeemer Lutheran
It’s coming up on a year, now, that we gained new members from the closure of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Elyria. To say it’s been “bittersweet” would be a huge understatement. We were so excited to welcome new (and some familiar) friends, but we know how difficult it was for them. Change is always hard, especially when that change involves something so personal as one’s church. It’s good to see SO MANY new members in the pews each week. (It’s always great, of course, to see attendance grow!) We are thankful for all the gifts that you’ve shared throughout this past year. The St. Andrews Meal has joined Christ Lutheran’s outreach program (The Food Pantry) seamlessly; and it’s been great seeing so many new people participating in worship, whether through singing, reading, acolyting, and even joining Council! The more, the merrier! We look forward to continued growth, and are so glad that you’re here!
